You may request a return under the following conditions:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The item is not from our non-returnable category (see below).
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable food items
Customized or personalized products
Personal care items
Gift cards
Products marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page
To request a return:
Email us at support@corift.com with your order number and reason for return.
Include photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
If the return is due to a product defect, wrong item, or transit damage, Corift.com will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind, fit issue, or personal reason, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the returned product and it passes the quality check:
You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days
UPI/Net Banking: 3–7 business days
Wallets/Gift Cards: 2–3 business days
Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Corift's error.
If a coupon/discount was used, the refunded amount will reflect the actual amount paid.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos or videos of the received item(s).
After verification, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. To cancel, email us at support@corift.com as soon as possible.
Refunds are only processed after successful return pickup and quality check.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
Corift.com reserves the right to refuse returns in case of policy abuse or suspicious activity.
